The resort is lavishly planned over 480 acres of lush woodland, yet the "Walking Village" concept means everywhere is freely accessible by foot. The accommodation options offer a choice of Deluxe Rooms, One Bedroom Suites and Two Bedroom Suites. The suites offer a full kitchen, dining and seating areas as well as a balcony or patio area.
There is no shortage of dining experiences. The Tropics restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a truly first-class restaurant. Dempsey's Steakhouse is now open for dinner every night and the adjacent TD's is a lively sports bar. Dempsey's Too Restaurant and Lounge features live nightly entertainment between October and May. Saddlebrook offers two Arnold Palmer designed courses. Both courses have recently been renovated and offer excellent playing conditions. There is also the excellent Saddlebrook Golf Academy for those looking to improve their game.

Each of the Saddlebrook golf courses was designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer, incorporating wilderness areas full of cypress, pines, palms, and wildlife with rolling fairways and well-maintained greens. His namesake course features Tif Eagle greens, and open, undulating well-guarded greens accented with many lakes, streams, and ponds. The Saddlebrook course, with Tif Dwarf greens, is much tighter and flatter, with narrow tree-lined fairways and water on most holes. Thanks to our convenient design, the first tees of both courses and the 10th tee of the Saddlebrook course are located at the centre of the resort, adjacent to meeting and guest rooms, resort recreation, restaurants, and shops.
