Nevada Golf Holidays
The Silver State of Nevada, whilst being mainly semi-arid or desert, can offer some of the best golfing experiences in the USA. The three main destinations in the state are Las Vegas, Mesquite and the Reno / Lake Tahoe. The Las Vegas area, with over 40 courses, boasts some truly outstanding (but expensive) course like Shadow Creek, Cascata and Rio Secco as well as some very affordable courses. With the diversity of hotels, casinos and stunning shows, Las Vegas can make for a memorable golf vacation.
Mesquite lies about 80 miles north east of Las Vegas and offers a great range of courses, some of which are simply spectacular, like Wolf Creek (pictured above). And combined with some very inexpensive accommodation options. To the north of the state lies Lake Tahoe and Reno each bosting some beautiful golf courses.
